The Ceramic IR Series provides great infrared heat rejection due to the absorptive nano-ceramic technology. Rejecting up to 66% of total solar energy and up to 95% of infrared rejection* for optimal thermal comfort and reducing the feel of sun on your skin.

The Crystalline Series allows the lightest tint to reject more heat than many of the darkest films available. Rejection of up to 62% of the total solar energy and up to 97% of the heat-producing infrared rays gives you the ultimate in comfort.
Cool blue shade comes in multiple tint levels that can block up to 95% of visible light, protecting privacy for you, your family and your valuables.The Ceramic IR Series can enhance the protection from the sun’s harmful rays. Rejecting up to 99.9% ultraviolet (UV) light.

The Ceramic IR Series is developed with a metal-free design that won’t interfere with electronics, GPS, satellite radio or mobile devices, including 5G. It reduces up to 93% of the glare from blinding sunlight with low visible light reflectivity and no mirror-like appearance to disrupt your view out.
Terms to know
- TSER – Total Solar Energy Rejection
The percentage of total solar energy rejected by filmed glass. The higher this value, the less solar heat is transmitted.
- VLT – Visible Light Transmitted
The percentage of visible light that passes directly through filmed glass: the higher the number, the lighter the film.
- Ultraviolet Rejection
The percentage of ultraviolet (UV) light that is rejected by the filmed glass. UV light contributes to the fading and deterioration of fabrics and leather.
- IRR – Infrared Rejection**
The percentage of solar infrared energy rejection over the wavelength range from 900-1,000 nm. Infrared rays are primarily responsible for the heat you feel when driving.
- IRER – Infrared Energy Rejection***
The percent of solar infrared energy rejection over the wavelength range from 780–2,500 nm. IRER takes into account the transmitted and absorbed IR energy that will be reradiated into a car.
- Glare Reduction
The percentage by which visible light is reduced by the addition of film. Data shown is the estimated performance of film applied to ¼” (6mm) thick, 73% VLT automotive green glass. Data is for reference only.
The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends this product as an effective UV protectant.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Sold and installed by professional 3M Authorized Dealer Installers and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Data should be used as a reference tool for net VLT on ¼” (6mm) thick, automotive green glass of 73% VLT, and testing is in accordance to ANSI/NFRC 200 Procedure.
*All-metal film may interfere with electronic or mobile phone signal.
**IRR – Percent of solar infrared energy in the 900 – 1,000 nm wavelength range that is rejected by the film. Measurement is made of film with liner alone (i.e. no glass).

Product Care Guide
• Give the 3M™ Window Tint time to bond to the window. To ensure product adheres properly, DO NOT open/close your windows or clean your windows for at least 48 hours after installation.
• When cleaning, use only a soft sponge or cloth (no brush). A soft microfiber towel is recommended for drying.
• Only use clean water. Sand and other dust particles from dirty water may scratch the window tint.
• The regular PH neutral cleaners that are commercially available can be used as long as they do not contain abrasives. We recommend using Meguiar’s brand window cleaning products.
Note: Because installation companies often do not have dust-free areas available, small dust inclusions are unavoidable.

To make a claim under this warranty in the United States or Canada, first contact your installer. If the installer is not available, simply contact 3M at 1-866-499-8857. 3M will direct you to an installer selected by 3M to have your 3M™ Automotive Window Film inspected and, if your claim is covered, 3M will have the installer provide the stated remedy. Please retain this warranty card as it must be presented along with the original invoice to receive warranty service. Form must be complete for warranty to be valid.
